Revenue Cycle & Denticon Reporting:
- Serve as the primary revenue cycle resource for Denticon reporting, dashboard development, and data integrity.
- Develop, build, and maintain standardized Denticon reports for Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Finance.
- Provide routine and ad hoc reporting to leadership to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Content Creation & Workflow Alignment:
- Develop and maintain revenue cycle workflow documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Create training and reference materials related to Denticon reporting and revenue cycle workflows.
- Support standardization of processes across scheduling, charge capture, billing, and collections.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor key revenue cycle KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and reporting insights.
