Client invoicing and Collections:
- Own the full invoicing process from creation to payment
- Ensure all invoices are sent accurately and on time
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections
Vendor Payments (AP):
- Process payments for influencers, contractors, and agency partners
- Track all outgoing payments and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate approvals and maintain organized payout records
Financial Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain clean and organized financial data (in coordination with bookkeeping team)
- Track revenue by client cost per project overall profitability
- Deliver simple, clear monthly financial reports to leadership

They’re growing quickly (30+ clients/month and scaling), and are looking for someone to take ownership of the financial operations backbone of the company.
