In this unique position, the candidate will be blending data reporting, HR process optimization, and documentation mastery. The ideal candidate will transform unstructured recruiting data from Lever (300,000+ applicants) into actionable dashboards, clear SOPs, and streamlined workflows. These insights will help drive better decisions, faster action, and a more efficient Talent team across all four of their key functions.
