We're seeking a driven and resourceful Strategic Account Executive to scale our growth in the multifamily and property maintenance tech space. If you're excited about solving real operational problems for apartment operators and thrive in fast-moving environments, you’ll fit right in. The role involves leading discovery, demo, and proposal cycles with operators and tech buyers and managing a full-funnel process using SPIN Selling. It also requires building pipeline through prospecting, field events, and channel referrals while using CRM tools to forecast and track progress.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or facilities software, and have closed $50K–$150K+ deals with multi-product solutions. Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers and a willingness to travel up to 30-50% for client meetings are also crucial.
