Job Description
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Expert/Consultant level) in the Business Applications team within IS&T, you’ll act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Leveraging your deep understanding of both business operations and the ServiceNow platform, you'll be instrumental in driving impactful solutions that optimize and automate business processes. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical solutions to streamline and optimize business processes utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with customer and technical teams to gather and document requirements, design and test solutions, and promote the adoption of ServiceNow capabilities across the organization—all within an Agile framework. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes; identify opportunities for automation and improvement using ServiceNow. Design and implement innovative solutions utilizing the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, including AI features. Apply knowledge of Moveworks to enhance user experience and streamline interactions. Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of delivered solutions. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address challenges. Develop and maintain detailed documentation including requirement specs, process flows, training guides, and user manuals.
