Job Description
ServiceNow is currently looking for an executive assistant to support our EMEA VP CRM Solution Consulting and provide support to selected members of the EMEA SC LT (<50% of the time) . The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to Executive level.
In this role, you will schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex calendars, draft and prepare routine correspondence, arrange all travel, identify issues within the organization, and assist new hires.
To be successful, you should have experience supporting Executive level, be organized with exceptional communication skills, desire to grow and take on your own projects, have a professional demeanor, and be proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
