Client Delivery Strategy: Define and drive the client delivery strategy. Ensure alignment between client needs and internal capabilities. Optimize workflows and enhance the overall client experience.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations. Represent Client Delivery leadership in executive and cross-functional forums. Use data and insights to drive process improvements.
