Job Description

This role supports the strategic and operational sustainability of Workday (WD) within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. The ideal candidate will be a full-cycle recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills and also serve as a liaison to the HRIS Workday admin team. They will ensure TA processes are optimized, data is accurate, and reporting is actionable. Manage full-cycle recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics and support system integrations. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Workday modules, ensuring the platform meets evolving business and user needs.
