Associate Program Manager, People Partnerships

This role sits within the People Team and reports to the Director, People Partnerships Strategic Delivery. As an Associate Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening how we scale enablement across the People Partnerships team (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations). You will own both the coordination backbone of our enablement programs and independently manage smaller projects that elevate the learner experience, maintain knowledge accuracy, and reinforce best practices. Qualifications include 1+ years of experience in program coordination, strong organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
