The DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive Assistant will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position focuses on multitasking and attention to detail, and the person will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team.
Core Competencies include organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a marketing mindset. Key Responsibilities involve managing the executiveβs calendar, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, managing email correspondence, maintaining documents, and supporting marketing and customer engagement efforts. The role requires a Bachelorβs degree in a related field, 1β3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
