ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Pragmatike is hiring an IT Manager to support company IT operations.
- This is a hands-on operational role focused on equipment, accounts, and support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and IT equipment for new employees.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Provide first-level technical support and maintain IT documentation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in IT administration, support, or operations.
- Good understanding of hardware, OS, and device configuration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
