Working under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative I supports Wawanesa's dedication to delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience by providing information and resolutions for our existing policy holders. Job duties include resolving complex inquiries, advising customers on policy and coverage changes, identifying opportunities for upselling, and documenting customer interactions.
To qualify, you need strong computer and communication skills, the ability to interpret company guidelines, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. A Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment. This role involves working various shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
