Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the company's market positioning, value proposition, and brand narrative across all channels and audiences.
  • Build and execute a channel strategy aligned to measurable pipeline contribution, serving as the primary relationship owner with key software partners.
  • Partner with the CEO to set pipeline targets and represent marketing at the board level with data-backed storytelling.

Pipeline Growth:

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and collaborate with sales to define coverage targets and build account-based marketing capabilities.
  • Develop and manage the full prospect journey with clear SLA agreements and prioritize pipeline velocity alongside top-of-funnel volume.
  • Design and lead a multi-channel demand generation engine including digital, events, content, and outbound campaigns.

AI-First Marketing Operations:

  • Champion an AI-first operating model by identifying and deploying AI-powered tools to increase team output and quality.
  • Build repeatable, AI-enabled workflows for campaign execution, lead scoring, content generation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, using AI as a force multiplier across the team and staying ahead of emerging capabilities in B2B services marketing.
