You will be providing 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers as they learn to use their purchased products through the Learning Management System. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time deliverables while keeping internal teams and customers accountable through the Getting Started Journey.
The Onboarding Specialist will have strong communication skills and will be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. You will manage the customersβ Getting Started Journey, own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding, and assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s). You will act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey and manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams.
