Responsibilities:
- Attain profitable production from appointed independent agents and funeral homes.
- Call upon agents and funeral home directors to appoint, train, and familiarize them with CELIC Final Expense product.
- Meet new and renewal premium objectives as established by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or Sales or Marketing work experience may be considered.
- A minimum five years of experience in the life insurance or funeral home industry.
- Must be current and fully licensed to sell life insurance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain programs to provide growth of profitable business.
- Recruit new independent agencies, IMOs, and funeral homes in CELIC operating territory.
- Develop and manage these relationships.
