Lantern is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Health Plan Sales to lead growth within the health plan market. This role will own key health plan relationships, drive enterprise sales, and shape go-to-market strategy. Ideal candidates bring deep experience selling into health plans and strong consultative sales skills.
The role involves driving Annual Contract Value growth within the health plan market and owning/managing a defined territory of health plans. It also requires building market awareness of Lanternβs value proposition, leading direct outreach and prospecting efforts, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Responsibilities include multi-stakeholder alignment, pitch development, benchmarking, pricing, and contract negotiation. The role is key for Lantern with high visibility across the organization.
