- Proven FMCG Sales Experience: 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in the FMCG industry is required .
- Sales Confidence: Excellent phone presence, persuasive skills, and the ability to close under pressure.
- CRM & Digital Fluency: Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
