Job Description
In this role, you will cultivate trusted advisor status with executive customer stakeholders and become an expert in ServiceNow value methodology. You will understand customer strategic goals and contribute to customer roadmap development, define business value, and develop implementation strategies. Experience with integrating AI into work processes is a plus. You will maintain account level relationships and participate in account delivery governance, advocating for ServiceNow's best practices. The role requires experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, with 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization.
