Engineering Manager

If you join us in this role, you’ll be responsible for setting strategy, for leading your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably, for growing and developing talented engineers, and for cultivating a healthy, results-driven culture on your team. You will proactively identify, define, and lead strategic initiatives that align engineering capabilities with business outcomes. You will also guide technical strategy, ensuring that your teams are enabling long-term value aligned with Vanta’s business priorities. You will build a high-impact engineering team by coaching, mentoring, and creating an environment where your teams and managers can do their best work and deliver for the business. This role will also play an integral role in influencing and shaping Vanta’s engineering culture and strategy.
