People Analytics Business Partner

In this role, you will run core people operations processes for US and UK, including payroll, employee records, compliance, and benefits administration. You will also drive programmatic work on people programs like performance reviews and employee lifecycle processes. As a strategic partner, you'll connect business priorities and people strategy, solving complex problems. You will manage systems like Culture Amp and Rippling, build processes, and support culture and change initiatives. You're a builder, finding energy in creating structure and improving processes. You move between details and big-picture thinking, and are reliable and solutions-oriented. You care about creating a workplace where people can grow and do meaningful work.
