About the Role:
- Work with our Customer Success Strategy & Operations team
- Ensure timely completion of CS projects
- Uncover insights related to Quantum Metric’s enterprise clients
Responsibilities:
- Perform system and document audits looking for patterns
- Rectify inconsistencies in customer related datasets
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards to be utilized by the team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of digital and web analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
