German Lead Multimedia Content Reviewer

The German Lead Multimedia Content Reviewer will be editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and that it meets provided standards. Creative writing of marketing content to engage customers will be expected, as well as proofreading and copy editing of storefront descriptions. This role requires reporting any patterns of issues observed to help improve database and product performance, and testing tools to provide feedback for improving efficiency and accuracy. Quality management planning includes working with the Welocalize Quality Department to monitor the overall linguistic quality and quality planning for the account. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Quality Department in performing RCAs (root cause analysis) and designing corrective actions as necessary. In addition, this role includes joining calls with the client's linguistic teams to discuss quality and strategy, documenting meetings with clients, and ensuring the client’s feedback is implemented on the Welocalize team. The role requires creating and maintaining linguistic assets, client facing documentation and communicating asset updates to the linguistic team.
