Staff (People) Manager

This leadership role will work closely with the Delivery Services leadership team and report to the Director of Service Delivery.  The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resource (HR) management support for a large team of up to 30 direct reports, including individual career planning, proactive team collaboration, fostering effective communication and a positive work environment. Working with Quisitive’s delivery leaders to assign and ensure successful delivery of assignments, manage workload, and ensure billable utilization targets are met for each team member will be an integral part of this role. Other responsibilities will include: Employee Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for your direct reports within the practice, addressing and resolving any employee concerns or HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner. Performance Management: Conducting formal, regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports. Assisting in the execution and management of Quisitive’s established performance management processes for each team member, including goal setting, performance reviews, career planning and employee development plans that align to business and technical goals. Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding of new hires or internal transfers to the team. Training and Professional Development: Working with Quisitive’s Training Coordinator, identify training needs and gaps, coordinate individual training plans to ensure team members are gaining professional development and progressing in their career paths. Employee Engagement: Developing, implementing and participating in initiatives to promote team engagement, satisfaction and retention (remote or in-person as appropriate). Reporting: Preparing and analyzing metrics and reports to support decision-making and to identify areas of excellence and improvement for individual team members and the team.
