Lead, Financial Systems & Strategy

Role Overview:

• This is a rare FP&A role that goes beyond variance reporting, focusing on financial systems architecture and reporting efficiency.
• You'll own the infrastructure behind every number leadership sees, including data model, architecture, and AI-augmented workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the FP&A systems architecture, consolidating data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and departmental sources into one source of truth.
• Architect the integrated financial model (P&L, cash flow, reforecast/budget engine) and ensure it scales across departments.
• Own monthly and quarterly board reporting, translating department submissions into a single narrative for the CFO.
