Job Description
An ISS is knowledgeable about all product/pricing configurations and has a pleasant and strong phone presence. Make outbound sales calls to prospects identified by internal and external sources of leads to qualify sales readiness and/or close sale on the phone. Take inbound sales calls with the goal of closing sales over the phone. Develop B2C and B2B sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new customers and accounts. Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers to qualify for sales readiness and close sales. Generate product or service interest and leverage Beckerβs value proposition to close sales.
