Job Description
As a Senior Business Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing client relationships and driving business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing a single account or a key category within a larger account in the brokerage business. Key responsibilities include the execution of strategic plans, business plans, budgeting, and potentially hiring for the account team.
You will achieve budgeted goals, support the account team in developing sales plans, and demonstrate expertise in private brand and branding. It is critical to develop strong supplier relationships by aligning and delivering on mutually established goals. Key to this role is also attracting, developing, and retaining talent, and executing new strategic initiatives. Director-level relationship management with both customers and suppliers is required. You must possess strong conflict management, decision-making, prioritizing, and customer service skills.
