Airtime Services Agent - (Multiple Positions)

Overview:

• Customer Service Agents provide professional, courteous, and high quality customer service.
• They accurately process customer requests and answer inquiries.
• They present customers with upgrade opportunities and handle other general customer service duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Understand and retain product/process knowledge.
• Answer customer phone calls and written electronic correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in verbal and written English with flexibility to work varying shifts.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and adaptable to process changes.
