The Senior RecOps Manager will be embedded within one of our SaaS clients, working as a trusted partner to elevate their hiring operations. This role will drive process excellence, optimize technology and AI-enabled workflows, and build scalable programs that enhance recruiter capability, hiring manager effectiveness, and overall quality of hire. Responsibilities include revamping internal TA resources, developing an AI proficiency program, optimizing AI usage in workflows, building a hiring manager interviewing program, and launching a quality of hire framework. Other responsibilities include evaluating assessment tools, streamlining recruitment processes, managing recruitment systems, and driving data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in recruitment operations, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a process-driven mindset. They should also be comfortable with recruitment technology stacks, AI tools, and data-driven hiring workflows.
