Job Description

This full-cycle sales role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands the value of long-term relationships and knows how to uncover new business opportunities from within an active customer base. You will sell Nextiva solutions through a primarily outbound motion to existing small business customers (less than 100 employees). Uncover opportunities through strategic, prospecting and discovery-led outreach using calls, email, SMS, and voicemail. Recommend and position Nextiva solutions โ€” from call center features to analytics and AI tools โ€” that solve real business problems. Deliver personalized product demos that show how Nextiva creates meaningful business outcomes. Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within the existing customer pool, leveraging structured outreach strategies and available insights. Qualify, prioritize, and close deals with confidence. Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
