Department: Accounting Operations

• The accounting department provides property management accounting services to clients.
• They perform everyday functions like payables and receivables to monthly financial statement preparation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process steps for accounts payable and receivable of customers.
• Pull bank statements and match all transactions for bank reconciliations.
• Follow protocols and SOPs established for quality in daily operations.

Communication:

• Interfaces with Senior Accountant and General Accountants.
• Escalates accounting related questions, inquiries, and blockers to the Senior Accountant.
