The Property Accountant manages and maintains the financial health of our property portfolio, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, preparing journal entries, managing loan payments, and communicating with vendors.

Reports to Accounting Manager and Controller, this role prepares financials for multiple clients with different reporting requirements monthly, quarterly, and annually. The role monitors cash, ensures timely critical payments, prepares funding reports, and communicates with clients and property managers while providing exceptional customer service.
