Job Description

You will own Sprinto’s Mid-Market partner motion across the EU & UK, building a scalable network of consulting and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll craft and execute GTM plays, equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need, and ensure our partner ecosystem consistently exceeds its targets. Key responsibilities include partner recruitment & onboarding, enablement & co-selling, success & growth, and GTM strategy & operations. The role requires 8-10 years of experience with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B - C stage, with proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries. Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English are essential.
