Client Success Manager

FatTail, part of Chartbeat Inc., is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be passionate, agile, and solutions-oriented helping to drive adoption and utilization of the FatTail platform. As a Client Success Manager you will: Become an expert in the features, benefits, and application of the AdBook+ platform. Manage the client relationship and gain ‘Trusted Advisor’ status. Serve as a Client Advocate, and work closely with our Product and other internal teams. Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities to ensure client satisfaction. Perform quarterly business reviews and work to develop retention and revenue growth strategies. Mentor, train, and support peers as needed.
