As Wpromote's Client Business Lead, you'll take on the role of primary contact for high-profile, strategic accounts, nurturing senior-level client relationships and solidifying the position as a trusted advisor. You will lead business planning processes, synchronize client business objectives with agency deliverables and pinpoint growth opportunities across various services. You will lead contract negotiations, manage a direct report, and develop holistic media strategies. Championing innovation in media approaches, you will bring new ideas to clients. You'll also ensure efficient delivery and strong margins, mentor teams, and represent the agency's perspective on industry trends.
