Job Description
Be a strategic partner to leaders across B2B (Sales, Client Success, and Strategic Partnerships) and DTC revenue streams to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support. Manage a small, yet highly visible team, to drive exceptional results across forecast accuracy, process improvements, partnerships. Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue and, Merchant Pricing) to drive top line growth through financial support on product development and go-to-market strategies. Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross departmental and executive consumption. Establish top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and report realized financial performance to Executives and other company leaders, and drive accountability for results.
