Applications & Workflow Consultant I

This entails conducting current state workflow analysis, designing future state workflows, determining application optimization within the department, and providing best practice methodologies to the customer. The consultant will analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training accordingly. Responsibilities include developing training plans and documentation, coordinating and providing Super User and Administrator application training, and proactively managing change processes related to implementations. The Consultant will also identify, file, and follow-up on product feature and issue requests during implementation.
