Job Description
Utilize diverse approaches to achieve sourcing objectives such as social media searches, Boolean searches, mass emails, cold calls, and referrals. Establish and maintain authentic connections with candidates. Sign physical therapists to join the Luna platform in accordance with established quarterly goals. Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates and clinical pipeline to support growing business demands. Work with clinical recruitment and sales/marketing to identify priority and high-demand markets for sourcing efficiency. Continuous process improvement to streamline processes to deliver qualified leads efficiently. Post jobs and maintain up to date information on all job platforms and utilize ATS/CRM to support nurturing and engagement. Format and maintain accurate/organized online search-specific candidate databases. Compensation includes $10k annual variable compensation on top of base salary listed above for meeting performance goals, with potential for variable to increase to $25k annually after 1st year!
