Job Description
In this role as a Client Partner, you’ll take full ownership of the health, growth, and day-to-day operations of a set of client accounts. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients—building trust, driving delivery alignment, and ensuring we’re always exceeding expectations. Client Partners at Kunai work with a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and a strong problem-solving mindset. You’ll strengthen client relationships, guide delivery teams, identify growth opportunities, and step in early when risks arise.
This is a high-touch, high-impact role that requires empathy, communication savvy, and a strong understanding of how to navigate both client needs and internal priorities.
Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, monitoring satisfaction, representing consulting standards, managing talent placements, balancing client needs, partnering with Talent and Delivery, and working with Sales. This involves managing client engagement records, scopes of work, and commercial terms.
