About the Role:
- The client acquires and retains profitable B2B SaaS businesses; this lead will oversee QofE analysis and financial due diligence.
- Responsibilities include preparing detailed QofE analyses covering normalized EBITDA, revenue quality, and customer concentration.
- The role manages financial data collection from due diligence through post-acquisition integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed QofE analyses including normalized EBITDA, revenue quality, GRR/NRR, and working capital.
- Manage financial due diligence request process and coordinate with external providers.
- Develop standardized QofE and financial data collection procedures for consistency.
Post-Acquisition Integration:
- Prepare financial integration data packs and manage at-close data checklists.
- Translate due diligence findings into operational integration tasks.
- Validate contract, revenue, and deferred revenue data for accurate transfer.
Requirements:
- CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent with 7+ years in transaction services or financial due diligence.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606, working knowledge of US sales tax.
- Availability to work with US and EU time zones during active deals.
