Associate Director - Investments

Your Impact in the First 6-12 Months:

• Own early-stage qualification from first call to non-binding offer, killing weak opportunities early.
• Earn trust of founders, C-suite, and operating teams as a deal captain on live transactions.
• Drive deals from LOI to signed SPA, taking ownership of outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Capital allocation: Underwrite each deal, form view on value and risk, write investment memo, and defend to Investment Committee.
• Deal captaincy: Own end-to-end process from first call through closing, including negotiations and diligence leadership.
• Stakeholder leadership: Represent saas.group to sellers and advisors, collaborate with C-suite and operators.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6+ years experience in private equity, M&A, strategy consulting, or corporate development with live deal experience.
• Excellent financial modelling and commercial due diligence skills, building models from a blank sheet.
• Investor mindset, negotiation presence, and genuine interest in SaaS business models.
