Job Description

The Partnerships Manager will manage and grow strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners, driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for partners such as Salesforce, AWS, and HubSpot. You will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner activity with business objectives.

  • Accountabilities:

-Develop and execute partner account plans, including revenue targets, enablement goals, and marketing activities

-Conduct regular business reviews to track pipeline, performance, and sourced vs. influenced revenue attribution.

-Enable partners on product value propositions, integrations, and security posture, and develop joint use cases or campaigns.

  • Requirements:

-Experience building go-to-market plans, running quarterly business reviews, and managing partner scorecards.

-Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence skills.

-Proven success managing partnerships in Salesforce, AWS, or HubSpot ecosystems.
