Key Responsibilities:
- Own the inventory system roadmap and lead end-to-end delivery from design to release.
- Lead UAT cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and build self-service diagnostic scripts.
- Drive automation and AI-driven workflows across finance operations to reduce manual effort.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years in FinTech, Financial Services, or fast-moving tech environments; qualified accountant with ERP experience.
- Hands-on ability to build tools independently using Python, SQL, and/or VBA.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate analysis and workflows.
