Drive onboarding, product adoption, and engagement across key accounts. Monitor customer health and usage trends; proactively identify risks and intervene to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to align Ever.Ag’s solutions to customer needs. Analyze customer data and feedback to tailor engagement strategies. Manage renewals and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Contribute to the ongoing development of Customer Success best practices, internal playbooks, and knowledge-sharing tools.
