Role:

  • Advocacy Associate supporting the Advocacy team in state advocacy and policy work.
  • Reports to Manager of State Advocacy and is remote in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain team databases and tracking tools (Salesforce, Asana, Mobile Commons, Quorum).
  • Monitor advocacy travel budget, manage logistics, and ensure compliance tracking.
  • Draft and edit policy memos, social media content, and public-facing reports on LGBTQ policies.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in public policy, community organizing, or non-profit administration.
  • Demonstrable commitment to LGBTQ rights and youth mental health.
  • Proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and policy writing.
