Director, SEC & ESG Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of SEC periodic reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures.

ESG Reporting:

• Work closely with ESG reporting and sustainability teams on regulatory reporting preparedness.
• Co-lead project management for CSRD readiness-project and SEC climate-related disclosure compliance.
• Establish and maintain ESG data governance frameworks, controls, and audit trails.

Leadership:

• Manage and develop a high-performing team; provide mentorship and set performance goals.
• Serve as subject matter expert and advisor to senior management on reporting and ESG matters.
• Build strong working relationships with Legal, IR, Sustainability, and external advisors.
