Senior Manager, Product Marketing

The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our products and solutions. This role will act as the voice of the customer, helping to define product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and market intelligence. This hire will be responsible for supporting Sales Enablement and Demand Generation, creating compelling content that highlights how CoderPad helps solve technical recruiting challenges and drive business impact. Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating messaging and positioning hierarchies, influencing product roadmap decisions, driving competitive intelligence, developing sales enablement materials and supporting demand generation campaigns. In addition, partnering with Content Marketing to create impactful content across multiple formats; creating and executing a website content update strategy; and acting as a customer advocate within the marketing team.
