Vice President, Behavioral Health Services

Clinical Leadership and Oversight:

• Set clinical standards, provide oversight, and maintain high-quality care and compliance for therapy services.
• Lead the Behavioral Health Department of Masters-level clinicians and help define key performance indicators.

People & Organizational Performance:

• Own the effectiveness of the clinical organization through strong leadership, clear roles, and consistent management practices.
• Use data to identify organizational risks and ensure teams are supported and accountable for performance.

Quality, Compliance, and Innovation:

• Ensure impeccable member safety and compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
• Collaborate on clinical training, program design, and innovation, including exploring AI use cases to enhance practice.

External Representation and Growth:

• Serve as a senior clinical voice and brand ambassador at industry conferences and for marketing content.
• Research and execute on program expansions, new market entry, and strategic partnerships.
