Software Maintenance:

Monitor, identify, and correct moderately complex defects with limited supervision.
Diagnose faults and perform root cause analysis to address issues promptly.

Technical Persistence Layer / Database Design:

Design and develop database resources, providing physical modeling for optimum performance.
Support work within an established program management plan to achieve goals.

Ongoing Learning and Development:

Develop capabilities through assessments, training, and coaching; maintain understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices.
Attend conferences and read specialist media to stay current.
