Job Description

Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll embody Olly Olly’s commitment to excellence, fostering trust and building lasting relationships through a proactive and empathetic approach. You will answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, solve problems, teach and empower, add value to every interaction, collaborate with other teams, monitor support metrics, and advocate for customers.
