Accounting & Finance Associate VA

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounting Associate to join the team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations across multiple business entities, including bookkeeping, budgeting, vendor payments, and reporting. You will work closely with the owner to provide financial insights and forecasting, while supporting the growth and strategic direction of the company. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, preparing financial statements, and ensuring financial practices are compliant. The candidate will also develop and manage budgets, monitor performance, review invoices, manage vendor payments, assist with financial analysis, prepare reports for investors, and suggest improvements to accounting workflows.
